1. Use black coffee powder, which is the pure coffee powder. The 3-in-1 coffee does not froth, nor does the extracted coffee liquid. I don't know why, but it just doesn't work! no! no! Important things said three times!
2. The principle of cappuccino should be the same as egg whites, which is to use tiny particles of sugar and rapid stirring to make air enter to generate froth. Therefore, you need an electric egg beater. I tried it manually with chopsticks. I also used manual egg pumping, at the cost of almost breaking my arm, still no froth!
3. The ratio cannot be changed, at least the ratio of sugar and water cannot be changed. How much coffee depends on personal taste.
4. The frothing cup needs to be slightly deeper. If the amount of froth is large, it is recommended to use a closed mixer. Otherwise, when you are finished, it is estimated that your entire home needs to be cleaned.
